How does TrustFair find imprint, privacy, and terms pages?

TrustFair first crawls the homepage and detects footer/nav links by common labels (imprint, privacy, terms, …). If anything is missing, common paths under your website URL are probed. Only if both fail do manually stored URLs in company settings apply.

Ensure pages are publicly reachable without login (HTTP 2xx). After changes, the check may update asynchronously within a few minutes.
