The published reviews, testimonials, comments, company responses and other user-generated content are basically from the respective users.

This content reflects the personal opinion or experience of the respective user. TrustFair.de does not make user-generated content its own, unless it is expressly marked as its own editorial content or taken over.

Reporting of unlawful content

Unlawful content or content that violates the rights of third parties can be reported via the reporting function on the relevant content or by e-mail:

A notification should contain the following information:

  • a comprehensible justification as to why the content in question should be illegal

  • the exact URL or other unique electronic reference of the content

  • a description of the alleged infringement;

  • the name and electronic means of contact of the reporting person, where required by law;

  • Existing documents or evidence

  • a statement that the information provided is complete and correct to the best of the knowledge and that the notification is made in good faith;

If electronic contact details have been provided, TrustFair.de will confirm receipt of the notification immediately.

Notifications shall be reviewed promptly, carefully, objectively and without arbitrariness. The notifying person shall be informed of the decision taken and of any available means of redress or complaint, as required by law.

TrustFair.de can in particular check, restrict, block or remove content if it:

  • Violating applicable law

  • Infringing the rights of third parties

  • Violating the Terms of Use or Rating Guidelines

  • are manifestly abusive, manipulated or fraudulent

  • are identified as conspicuous by technical or manual test methods

If their content or user account is restricted, affected users will receive a comprehensible justification to the extent that this is necessary in accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065.

A negative valuation is not removed solely because it does not please the valuated entity or may be economically detrimental to it.

Liability for own content

Scriptfabrik B.V. is responsible for its own content on TrustFair.de in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.

The legal responsibilities and liability regulations under Dutch and European Union law remain unaffected.

Liability for User Content

Reviews, testimonials, comments, company responses and other user-generated content are generally created by the respective users.

The respective users are responsible for the content they publish in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.

TrustFair.de is not obliged to generally monitor all transmitted or stored user content or to actively search for unlawful activities or content without a concrete reason.

As soon as TrustFair.de receives sufficiently concrete knowledge of illegal content, the relevant content will be examined and, if necessary, immediately removed or access to it blocked.

Mandatory legal responsibilities of Scriptfabrik B.V. remain unaffected.

TrustFair.de may contain links to external websites and offers from third parties.

In principle, TrustFair.de has no influence on the design and content of external offers. The link does not mean that TrustFair.de owns the respective content.

As soon as TrustFair.de receives concrete knowledge of illegal content of a linked offer, the link in question will be checked and removed if necessary.

Mandatory statutory liability regulations remain unaffected.

Scriptfabrik B.V. is not obliged and not willing to voluntarily participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration body, unless mandatory statutory provisions require participation.

The European Commission’s former online dispute resolution platform was permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025.

A link to the former OS platform is therefore no longer provided.

The content and works created by Scriptfabrik B.V. on TrustFair.de are subject to the applicable Dutch copyright law and European Union law.
